Game Changer: First diver to represent Ireland in 68 years at the Rio Olympic Games, 2016

Exceeding Expectations: Aged 23, he delivered when it mattered most by making the Olympic Rio Final 2016, finishing 8th in the 3m diving. Won Swim Ireland’s Irish Male Performance of the Year in 2016.

Proud of his Irish Heritage: From Yorkshire with a Granny from Spike Island, Cork

Committed: Now lives full time at the Irish Sports Campus in Dublin, training at the National Aquatic Centre and the National Diving Training Centre

Inspiration: His dream is to encourage a new generation of Irish divers

Multi-Talented: Played for Middlesbrough Football Club until he was 15

Bright Future: In 2017 he will compete in European and World Championships and his placing at the Olympic Games guaranteed him a spot on diving’s premier World Series in 2017.
