Track Star: 27 years old from Dunmore East, Waterford  secured a historic bronze medal at the European Athletics Championships in 2018. He was fourth in Rio Olympic Games 2016, University World Champion in 2015 and is multiple Irish Record Holder (Senior, U23 & U20).

Adrenaline Junky:  He loves outdoor adventure sports from drifting to snowboarding, surfing and wakeboarding

STEM: Has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Sport Science from the University of Limerick

2020: Ranked 8th in Europe over 400m Indoors running personal best of 46.44
2019:  Ranked 8th in the World and three top places in Diamond Leagues
2018: Secured a historic bronze medal at the European Athletics Championships with at time 48.31.
2017: Won his seventh national title and finished 3rd in the Diamond League in Oslo in 48.95
2016: Olympic Games 4th in a new Irish Record of 47.97
2015: World University Champion & named National Athlete of the Year. Set New Irish 400m hurdles record of 48.65 seconds.
